How a Portfolio Instruction Works
1. Send the schedule. Addresses, approximate sizes and property types, in whatever format you have. A spreadsheet, a list in an email, a brochure. We will structure it.
2. Get one quote. A single figure for the full instruction, with the survey programme and delivery date attached. No unit-by-unit haggling.
3. We run the programme. Surveys are scheduled around tenants and access, you get progress updates, and issues are flagged early rather than discovered late.
4. Everything delivered together. Certificates registered with SEAI, advisory reports included, plus a one-page summary of every rating across the portfolio.
